The upper two thirds is yellow with thin blue, red and charcoal lines running diagonally, like track markings. A green band cuts across it carrying the word "GYMNASTICS" in yellow capitals, with "1968" in dark brown below it. A row of eight gymnasts in black leotards, repeated in the same pose, steps down the diagonal with one arm raised.

The gymnasts are cut-out black and white photographs. Below the green band, a woman in a long-sleeved leotard poses on one leg beside a second gymnast mid-leap with her leg lifted high. In the bottom left corner a man in a pale top holds himself on a pommel horse, set against a muted blue block. Down the right edge, a tall orange strip carries "Mexico City" in thin white outlined letters, turned on its side. The speckled paper texture gives it a late 1960s feel.

Where it hangs

Suits a home office, a living room hallway or a kids room where the bright flat colours can carry the wall. It pairs well with other mid-century sports prints or plain timber furniture. A black floating frame sharpens the monochrome athletes against the yellow.

At a glance

Type: vintage art print on heavy-duty canvas, giclee printed in Australia

Sizes: 42 x 60cm, 60 x 85cm, 85 x 120cm

Finish: stretched on a gallery-wrap frame, ready to hang (free), or add a gold, black, silver, natural or white floating frame

Delivery: made to order, 10 to 14 days, free delivery Australia-wide

Guarantee: 30-day money-back guarantee

<details>
Is this a poster or a canvas print?

It is a canvas print.
