poppies-beneath-the-mesa-red-poppy-field-abstract-floral-painting-floral-wall-art-print
Poppies Beneath the Mesa | Red Poppy Field Abstract Floral Painting Canvas Wall Art Print

Red and orange poppies with small blue centres fill the lower two thirds of this portrait image, their petals loose and layered like washes of colour. Tall spikes of purple lupin rise between them, and flecks of cream and green break up the gold and ochre ground.

Above the flowers a flat, textured bluff in tan and brown runs across the middle, topped by a narrow band of pale cream sky fading into blue at the top edge. The surface looks scratchy and mottled, with spatters, rubbed patches and visible brush marks. It reads as an abstracted expressive painting of a wildflower field.

Where it hangs

Suits a living room, dining room or bedroom with warm neutrals, timber, linen or terracotta tones. It sits well beside rust or mustard cushions. A gold floating frame deepens the ochre, while black gives the red poppies a sharper edge.

At a glance

Type: floral art print on heavy-duty canvas, giclee printed in Australia

Sizes: 8 sizes, 40 x 60cm up to 135 x 200cm

Finish: stretched on a gallery-wrap frame, ready to hang (free), or add a gold, black, silver, natural or white floating frame

Delivery: made to order, 10 to 14 days, free delivery Australia-wide

Guarantee: 30-day money-back guarantee

<details>
What size should I choose?

40 x 60cm up to 135 x 200cm. 60 x 90 or 75 x 100 cm suits most walls above a sofa, console or bed; 100 x 150 cm and up make a statement on a feature wall. Size guide | Which size?

</details>
<details>
Is it a photo print or a canvas?

It is printed on heavy-duty canvas with archival inks and stretched over a timber frame, so it hangs like a painting with no glass and no glare, and it suits rooms where glass would fog or glare, such as kitchens and bathrooms.

</details>
<details>
Does it come ready to hang?

Yes.
