vini-di-lusso-grapes-vintage-italian-wine-advertising-poster-wall-art-print
Vini di Lusso Grapes | Vintage Italian Wine Advertising Poster Canvas Wall Art Print

A solid black background carries the headline "VINI DI LUSSO" across the top in tall yellow capitals, with the small "di" set lower between the two larger words. A bunch of round golden-orange grapes hangs from a twisting brown vine, with two green leaves behind it, and the fruit is outlined in thin dark strokes.

Below the grapes a bright red, grimacing face with a curled horn or ram-like swirl fills the lower middle of the page, its eye glinting yellow and white. Along the bottom, yellow lettering reads "SOCIETÀ ITALIANA VINI SUPERIORI", then "CASALE MONFERRATO" and "ITALIA", beside a round monogram emblem. Tiny print near the edges credits a Bergamo graphic arts house, and a small line on the right side warns against reproduction. The flat colour and hard outlines suit early twentieth century Italian advertising.

Where it hangs

Suits a dining room, kitchen or home bar where the black ground and red figure make a strong feature.
