From our studio to your wall: carefully packed, fully tracked, and free to every corner of Australia. Here is how long each step takes and what to expect on the day.

1.Free delivery Australia-wide
Every order ships free, whatever the size. Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin, Canberra, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and all regional areas.
2.Dispatch times
Everything hand-painted or printed is made to order, so dispatch time depends on what you have chosen.

These are typical times and can run longer at busy periods such as the lead-up to Christmas. If your order is running late we will tell you.
3.Delivery and tracking
We ship with Direct Freight and Australia Post. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order dispatches.
4.Where we deliver
We deliver within Australia only. We do not ship internationally.
5.How your artwork arrives
You choose the finish on each product page:
- Stretched and ready to hang (gallery wrap): stretched over a timber frame with the hanging wire and hook already fitted. Unbox it and hang it, no framing required.
- Framed: delivered in your chosen outer frame, ready to hang.
- Rolled (canvas only): shipped rolled in a tube for you to frame yourself.
Once your order is dispatched we send you a confirmation email with tracking.
6.No pickup, delivery only
We don't have a showroom or pickup point. Like most art studios, we deliver every artwork straight to your door, free, anywhere in Australia. If you have a special circumstance, call 1300 90 21 53 or email info@directartaustralia.com.au and we will see what we can do.
7.Packing and safe arrival
Every artwork is bubble-wrapped with protective corners in an art shipping box. If it arrives damaged, send us photos of the artwork and the packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund, with the return postage covered.
