Welcome to Direct Art Australia. By accessing and using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

Hand-Painted Artwork

As our oil paintings are 100% hand-painted, slight variations from the images shown on our website may occur. This is the nature of original hand-painted artwork and adds to the uniqueness of each piece. Hand-painted paintings and commissions take 21–28 days to complete and deliver; prints take 10–14 days.

Delivery

We offer free delivery Australia-wide. We deliver within Australia only and do not ship internationally. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Direct Art Australia is not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed for a full refund. After 24 hours your painting or print may already be in production, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the painting or print price applies.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your own cost; if your order arrives damaged or faulty, we cover return postage. Custom commissioned artwork may be subject to different terms. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Direct Art Australia and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Direct Art Australia's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
