Why nature

Green is the colour rooms are short of

Most homes carry plenty of neutral and very little living colour.

Nature wall art tends to be bought to correct a balance rather than to make a statement. A room full of oatmeal, oak and stone is calm but flat, and a green or gold natural scene puts something living back into it without adding a plant that needs watering.

Judge these on where the light in the image comes from. A print lit from the same side as the room's window sits naturally; one lit from the opposite side can feel subtly wrong without anyone being able to say why.
