Buying a painting you have not seen in person takes trust. Here is exactly what we promise, in plain English.

1. It is painted by hand, by a professional artist

Every painting we sell is 100% hand-painted in oil on artist canvas. Nothing is printed and nothing is machine-made. Because it is a real painting, small variations from the picture on our website are normal; that is what makes it yours. See our painting process and close-up examples.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your painting, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return and a full refund to your original payment method, processed within 7 to 10 business days of the painting arriving back with us. The painting needs to come back in its original condition and packaging. Full details are in our returns and refund policy.

3. You see it before it ships

For custom portraits and commissions, we send you a photo of the finished painting and wait for your approval before it is dispatched. For any other painting, just ask when you order and we will email you a photo before it leaves the studio.

4. Free, insured delivery anywhere in Australia

Delivery is free on every order, to every Australian address. Stretched and framed paintings arrive ready to hang, with the hook and wire fitted. If anything is damaged in transit, send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the painting or refund you. See shipping and delivery.

5. Change your mind within 24 hours

Cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund, no questions asked. After that your painting may already be on the easel, so a cancellation fee can apply.

6. Honest timing

Hand-painted work takes about four weeks (28 business days) to paint, dry, stretch or frame, and deliver. Prints take about two weeks. We would rather tell you the real time than promise a week and disappoint you.
