About Raspberry Rain Mosaic
A wide panoramic canvas built from small rectangular patches that read like tiles, laid in three loose horizontal bands. The top band is mostly white, pale grey and soft lilac with scattered flecks of copper and small pink marks. Through the centre, raspberry and crimson verticals concentrate into a dense stripe, flanked by pale cornflower and sky blue. Short bursts of lime green sit at the left and right edges, with darker plum and navy lines anchoring the lower band.
Paint is dragged in vertical strokes so colour bleeds down through each block, giving the surface a rained-on, streaked look over the grid. The character is bright and busy but cool overall, the hot pink core kept in check by the white and blue around it.
Suits a long wall above a three-seater sofa, a sideboard in an entry hall, or the end wall of an open-plan kitchen and dining space. It works in white or pale grey rooms and lifts timber and linen furniture. Pair it with brass or chrome lighting, glass vases and plain cushions in blue or raspberry.
