Three slender flower spikes curve over at the top of tall, dark stems, each one packed with tiny buds that taper to a fine point. A fourth, shorter spike branches off to the right. The image looks like an X-ray photograph, so the stems read as near-black and the petals and leaves as soft, see-through grey.
Serrated leaves fan out along the lower half, their veins and toothed edges visible through the thin layers of tone. The background is clean white with generous empty space around the plant. A small handwritten signature sits in the bottom right corner. The palette is entirely greys, black and white.
