Pale blue flowers with dark navy centres sit at the left edge and lower right of a square canvas, their petals brushed in soft, feathery strokes. Slender stems and long leaf shapes in lilac and violet trail between them, so the blooms seem to lean and sway in one direction.
The ground is a creamy ivory that gives way to a grey-green haze in the top right corner. A few sweeping curves of sage green and olive cross the middle, and brushwork and canvas weave show through the thin layers. A small signature sits at the lower right. The look is a loose, abstracted floral painting.
