A large circle sits in the middle of a deep navy square, filled with a gradient that runs from red-orange at the top through bright yellow to pale cream near the base. Two palm trees stand in dark navy silhouette across it, the taller one leaning slightly, the smaller one tucked to the left with its fronds drooping.
A teal wave curls across the lower right of the circle, and a block of thin horizontal teal stripes sits at the lower left. Below, white capitals read "CALIFORNIA" with "DREAMS" in teal beneath. A big "78" in a red, orange and yellow gradient with a white outline sits at right, over two white underlines. The flat shapes and sunset colours give an 80s surf-badge look.
