About Copper Arc Abstract
Two broad arcs sweep across a pale off-white square canvas and cross near the centre, one curving down from the top left in dusty rose and copper, the other rising from the lower right in deeper chocolate brown. Where they meet, the paint breaks into blotted pools of ochre, black and olive with small flecks of teal and red. Fine white and black drizzled lines fan out from the crossing point in long loops and whiskers, flicked across the surface with scattered droplets and spatter at the edges.
The mood is energetic but controlled: earthy browns held against a clean pale ground, with the linework giving it movement rather than chaos.
Suits a living room above a low sideboard, a hallway with white or pale grey walls, or an office reception. The rust and chocolate tones work with leather, timber and tan furnishings, while the pale ground keeps it light. Square format sits well centred above a two-seater or between two doorways.
