Two cream tulips rise on slim green stems from a small white jug with a curved handle. The jug is banded with wide copper-brown stripes and narrow cream ones. One bloom faces forward and the other tips to the right, while long leaves fan out and one curls over the jug rim.
The background is a mottled brown panel with a woven hessian texture, set inside a wider border of pale tan burlap weave. The flat, softly worn finish looks like a textured illustration. The palette is limited to cream, tan, copper and fresh green, with the leaves as the only bright note. A small signature sits at the bottom right.
