This is a motion-blurred photograph of a coastal horizon at dusk, reduced to long horizontal streaks. The top half is deep navy and slate blue cloud, softened into broad bands that fade to paler blue as they near the middle of the frame.
A thin line of pink, peach and pale yellow glows just above a dark, straight horizon, with a narrow blue stripe running through it. Below, the foreground blurs into rust, brown and charcoal smears with a hazy silver-white band of water between, and the lower right sinks into near black.
