About Flowers of Venice
Pots of pink, magenta and purple flowers crowd a sunlit quay in the foreground, with a wooden jetty stepping out into water painted in bright turquoise and emerald. A gondolier crosses the lagoon, and on the far side a row of houses with red-tiled roofs glows in the afternoon light under a pale sky.
Painted with a knife in bold, glittering strokes, it captures Venice as colour and light rather than postcard detail, and the water alone is worth the wall space.
Flowers of Venice suits a dining room, a living room or a hallway, and it is a natural for anyone who loves Italy. Its turquoise and pink palette pairs with white walls, timber and brass. Browse more Mediterranean art, knife paintings, purple and pink art.

The quality of the work is ten out of ten. The piece was affordable and the turnaround time was quite quick. What you see is what you get. I’ll definitely be getting my next painting from Direct Art Australia.
My wife already had a couple of pieces of custom ordered paintings she had collected throughout the last few years and with your large selection to choose from she found the perfect complimentary piece to finish off her room.
