A line of bare footprints runs up a smooth stretch of wet, golden-orange sand, starting large in the foreground and shrinking as it climbs towards the top of the frame. At the end of the trail sits a single folding deckchair, its long shadow stretched across the sand beside it.
On the left, a wash of white foam and pale shallow water curls along the shoreline, glowing almost white where the light hits it. The sand fills most of the portrait frame in warm amber and honey tones, with faint ripples and curved tracks in the surface. It is a photograph with a soft, sunlit, warm-toned finish.
