A portrait seascape built from thick, flat strokes of paint that look scraped on with a palette knife. The top third is a pale, hazy blue sky streaked with white and soft lilac. Below it a narrow band of sand and shoreline runs across the page, broken by patches of metallic gold.
The middle of the print is a band of teal, turquoise and deep green water, cut by ridges of white foam. The bottom third shifts to creamy whites, pale aqua and brown sand, with another small flash of gold in the lower right corner. The texture is heavy and the horizon sits high.
