A young girl with dark hair crouches in a sunlit garden room, head bowed, one hand braced on the ground and the other reaching out to hold the long green stem of a red flower. Her profile is turned to the left, with warm orange on her arm and soft pink across her face.
Loose, visible brushstrokes build the scene in patches of colour. Fern-like green fronds fill the left side, with a second red bloom at the top. On the right, pale lilac, cream and grey strokes suggest tall windows and bright light, while purple, teal and yellow flecks scatter across the foreground. The square format is a textured oil-style study of light and leaf.

The quality of the work is ten out of ten. The piece was affordable and the turnaround time was quite quick. What you see is what you get. I’ll definitely be getting my next painting from Direct Art Australia.
My wife already had a couple of pieces of custom ordered paintings she had collected throughout the last few years and with your large selection to choose from she found the perfect complimentary piece to finish off her room.
