Three tulips rise on slender stems against a solid black background. Each bloom looks translucent, like blown glass or a soap bubble, with the petals drawn in see-through layers so the inner structure shows. Fine pale outlines trace the stamens at the centre of the two lower flowers.
The colour shifts across every petal from teal and green through violet, magenta and gold, like an oil-slick sheen. Light catches the petal edges in bright cream lines, while the stems fade into dark teal. It is a digital, x-ray style rendering rather than a photograph, with a wide landscape layout and plenty of black space around the flowers.
