About Kenya Couture II
A square composition shows a woman in side profile against a flat terracotta orange ground. Her skin is rendered in two tones of warm brown, separated by a thin cream outline that traces her forehead, nose, lips and neck. A deep teal head wrap sits high above her brow in soft rounded lobes, speckled with pale flecks. Cream cat-eye sunglasses cross her face, one dark lens catching a scatter of light dots, and a red-brown lip completes the profile.
A large gold earring hangs below her ear: a slim circle joined to a solid half-moon disc in mustard yellow. The terracotta background carries dry scuffs and fine white scratches, as though printed on aged paper, and a small dark monogram sits in the lower right corner. The mood is calm and confident, graphic rather than detailed, with flat colour blocks doing all the work.
Suits a bedroom, dressing area, powder room or home office where warm terracotta and teal can lead the palette.
