About Magenta
A block of hot magenta takes over the right half of the square canvas, with drips of yellow and green running down through it and a pool of dark navy gathering at the bottom. On the left, soft clouds of lilac, peach and white drift over a pale lavender ground, so the picture reads as weather: a bright pink storm rolling in over a quiet sky.
Magenta is unapologetic colour, painted with a light touch, and it is the piece for anyone who loves pink and wants it done well.
