A row of sailboats and cruisers sits side by side along a marina, their masts rising into a pale blue sky streaked with soft white cloud. Hulls in turquoise, cream and white are broken up by patches of red and deep blue sail covers. Loose, visible brushwork gives the boats a sketched, layered look.
A band of green and rust-orange trees runs along the horizon behind the masts. In the foreground, the water fills nearly half the scene in streaky blues, with yellow and cream reflections wavering beneath each hull. Thin drips and horizontal strokes keep the surface looking calm but textured.
