Two low grey and brown headlands run across the middle of a square canvas, their tops drawn in broad, dark strokes that fade into a pale sky. Above them the sky is mostly white, with thin washes of light blue and a faint brown streak near the top left.
Below the land, the water is built from layered bands of denim and powder blue. Scraped white and cream marks cut across the lower left, and thin vertical drips run down through the pale patch at centre right. It reads as an abstract, with visible brushwork rather than detail.
