The lake-like water is calm and glassy, reflecting soft peach tones near the cliff base. Boulders sit in the lower left corner. The sky shifts from cool grey-blue at the top to a warm pink glow at the horizon, and a pale half-lit moon hangs above the lighthouse. It is a photograph with a quiet, low-key palette.
