Sailboats sit at their moorings across a calm harbour, their tall masts rising against a soft skyline of towers and apartment blocks. Three yachts stand clear in the left and centre, while a cluster of larger hulls gathers on the right. A small dinghy with an outboard rests in the foreground, just right of centre.
Vertical streaks of blue and grey run down from the sky and through the buildings, like rain or a drag of dry paint, so the city dissolves into mist. The water holds pale cream and yellow light in the middle, fading to cool blue at the edges. Reflections break into short vertical dashes beneath each hull. The look is that of a textured painting.

The quality of the work is ten out of ten. The piece was affordable and the turnaround time was quite quick. What you see is what you get. I’ll definitely be getting my next painting from Direct Art Australia.
My wife already had a couple of pieces of custom ordered paintings she had collected throughout the last few years and with your large selection to choose from she found the perfect complimentary piece to finish off her room.
