About Autumn Shade II
A square composition shows a loose row of slender trees across the middle of the frame. Their canopies are built from short vertical strokes of burnt orange, coral and rust, broken by patches of metallic gold that catch across the centre tree. Thin ochre trunks drop down to a narrow gold bank. Below that sits a flat teal band of water, then a wide expanse of pale grey, cream and soft taupe suggesting shoreline. The upper half is left almost bare white with faint grey drifts.
The mood is quiet and airy rather than dramatic. Colour is concentrated in one horizontal band, so the print reads as a calm autumn view with a warm metallic glow at its centre.
Suits a living room above a low sideboard, a main bedroom over the bedhead, or a home office wall needing warmth without clutter.
