Stretched, ready to hang
Your canvas is stretched on a timber frame with the hanging wire already attached. Clean, frameless gallery look.
Floating frame
The stretched canvas sits inside a slim timber frame in white, black, natural or silver, with a small shadow gap around the edge. Delivered framed and ready to hang.
Rolled canvas
Just the printed canvas, rolled in a tube, if you would rather have it framed locally.
How our prints are made
- Museum-quality giclée print on heavy-duty archival canvas, using pigment inks that will not fade.
- Stretched on a thick timber frame with the hanging wire attached, so it goes straight onto the wall.

Tall, thin stems rise through a portrait frame against a soft cream background with a scraped, plastered texture. Each stem is outlined in thick black and carries oval leaves, round pods and cup-shaped blooms. The shapes are not flat colour; each one is filled with what looks like layered collage in small patches of colour.
The fills run through olive green, rust red, mustard yellow, teal blue and flecks of purple. Faint pencil-like sketches of seed heads and fine leaves sit in the pale ground, with small ink splatters and scratches near the top and right. The look is a mixed-media abstract botanical, loose and graphic rather than realistic.

The quality of the work is ten out of ten. The piece was affordable and the turnaround time was quite quick. What you see is what you get. I’ll definitely be getting my next painting from Direct Art Australia.
My wife already had a couple of pieces of custom ordered paintings she had collected throughout the last few years and with your large selection to choose from she found the perfect complimentary piece to finish off her room.
