A large nautilus shell sits low in the left of the square, its smooth curved surface shaded in lilac, soft cream and pale pink with a pearly sheen. The opening faces right and shows a darker, brown-mauve interior. The shell is cropped slightly by the left and bottom edges.
The background is a mottled wash of sand, apricot and pale lavender with a textured, plastered look. Grey scrolling leaf ornaments climb the right side, and the words "La Plage" are written across the top in a thin grey script. The finish reads as a digital illustration with a soft, muted palette.
