Four instant-style photos hang from a twisted cord by grey wooden pegs against a pale, washed grey wall. Each print shows a city at dusk in deep red and orange: a New York skyline with the Empire State Building lit up, a bright bridge reflected in dark water, a long suspension bridge at sunset, and a tram on a steep street.
Below the photos, stencilled letters in white on soft black spray shadows read "FR M NY TO SF". The grey background is brushed and streaky, and the white photo borders cast smudgy shadows. The result is a mixed-media look, with warm saturated colour set against a cool grey and white field.
