A tall, stylised tree fills the centre of a portrait canvas. Several slim trunks in rust red, burnt orange and dark brown rise from the base and split into a dense canopy of narrow, vertical shapes that reach the top edge. Small bird silhouettes perch among the branches, some in profile with visible tails and beaks.
The background is a worn cream and parchment tone with soft gold-yellow patches, faint grey smudges and vertical drips that run down both sides. Thin flecks of teal show through the trunks. The layered, scratched surface looks like textured mixed media, giving the print a weathered, mottled finish with a gentle sepia warmth.

The quality of the work is ten out of ten. The piece was affordable and the turnaround time was quite quick. What you see is what you get. I’ll definitely be getting my next painting from Direct Art Australia.
My wife already had a couple of pieces of custom ordered paintings she had collected throughout the last few years and with your large selection to choose from she found the perfect complimentary piece to finish off her room.
