Three red poppies sit against a soft cream background that looks like aged plaster, mottled with pale pink and grey. One large bloom fills the right side, seen from behind with its ruffled petals sweeping out in streaks of scarlet and orange. Its olive-green stem curves down to the lower right corner.
A second poppy is cropped in the lower left, showing its dark centre ringed with stamens. A closed bud on a thin arching stem hangs at the top left, its green sepals splitting to show red. Black cursive handwriting runs across the background in loose lines, with words such as "Bon" and "bonjour" partly legible and cut by the edges.

The quality of the work is ten out of ten. The piece was affordable and the turnaround time was quite quick. What you see is what you get. I’ll definitely be getting my next painting from Direct Art Australia.
My wife already had a couple of pieces of custom ordered paintings she had collected throughout the last few years and with your large selection to choose from she found the perfect complimentary piece to finish off her room.
