About Shape Shifter III
A square field of raspberry pink fills the canvas, its surface showing broad directional streaks and slight tonal shifts where the colour sits lighter near the upper right. On the right, a cobalt blue half-circle sits flat against the pink, its straight edge facing left. Overlapping it is a cream rectangle holding a single pink circle at its centre. A torn-edged cream wedge runs in from the left, met below by a block of forest green and a short vertical stripe of streaky pink.
The character is graphic and deliberately simple: a handful of flat shapes, one strong contrast of blue against pink, and torn paper edges that keep the composition from feeling mechanical.
Works in a living room or dining room where the walls are white or pale grey and the furniture is plain, letting the pink carry the colour.
