Branches of rounded leaves rise from the bottom and sides of a square frame, rendered as flat slate blue-grey silhouettes with no veins or inner detail. The shapes cluster densely at the lower left and lower right, then thin out as stems climb towards a heavy leaf mass at the top centre.
Behind the dark leaves sit paler, grey-green silhouettes that read as a second layer of foliage in the distance. The background is a mottled cream with a vertical band of soft sage green down the middle, and the surface has a scuffed, layered texture. A small signature sits at the bottom right.
