A long wooden pier runs from the right edge toward a small pavilion at the far left, lit with green trim and warm yellow windows. Curved lamp posts with glowing orange bulbs step along the railing, and two small timber shelters sit beside the walkway, giving the scene a strong sense of depth.
In the foreground, dark boulders form a breakwater along the pier while the water around them is blurred into soft, milky blue by a long exposure. Above, the sky moves from pale yellow near the horizon to pink and lilac, with thin streaks of cloud. It is a photograph with a calm, cool-to-warm palette.
