Two groups of trees fill this square abstract. On the left, a canopy of teal, aqua, cream and sage leaves is broken up with patches of brown and soft yellow, held up by slim white trunks marked with dark grey bark lines. Thin dark branches thread through the foliage.
On the right, the trees turn deeper cobalt and navy, with small flecks of lime green and black in the leaves. Between the two groups a pale gap opens onto a path of turquoise, rust and cream. Orange strokes show behind the trunks. The brushwork is thick and scraped, with visible layered paint texture and a dry-brush finish.
