A tall abstract seascape built from horizontal bands. A pale grey sky fills the top, then a broad field of teal and deep blue takes over the middle. The brushwork is dry and streaked, so fine grain-like lines run across the water and give it a worn, weathered texture.
Near the bottom a strip of vivid cyan blue breaks the calmer teal, like a wave catching the light. Below it, a thin grey-lilac band leads to a soft sand-coloured foreground in beige, tan and cream. The colours are muted and layered, with no figures, boats or fixed landmarks.
