A wide abstract landscape split by a low horizon. The upper two thirds is a soft, pale sky of white and light grey, worked in broad, dry horizontal strokes with faint streaks of blue-grey at the right edge. The sky is quiet and open, with a brighter patch near the lower left.
Below the horizon, a thin band of brown and charcoal land carries small touches of gold, cream and red near the centre. The water beneath is layered in turquoise, teal and deep navy, with scratchy, textured brushwork and a lighter aqua area on the left. The look is of a painted surface, with visible bristle marks.

The quality of the work is ten out of ten. The piece was affordable and the turnaround time was quite quick. What you see is what you get. I’ll definitely be getting my next painting from Direct Art Australia.
My wife already had a couple of pieces of custom ordered paintings she had collected throughout the last few years and with your large selection to choose from she found the perfect complimentary piece to finish off her room.
