About Tiny Home Sentiments II
A small weatherboard cottage sits low in the lower third of this portrait composition, its blue-grey timber walls weathered and its steep gable roof capped with a thick layer of white snow. A slim chimney pipe rises from the left side, and a red heart hangs on the white front door. Windows with pale green frames catch faint reflections. Below, a meadow of green grass is speckled with small white daisies. The upper two thirds is an open wash of aqua and soft white cloud.
Across the sky, a pale rounded banner holds the green hand-lettered words "Home is where you hang your heart". The overall feel is quiet and gently nostalgic, with soft photographic edges and a washed, faded-postcard colour range.
