At the bottom, a red brick palazzo with crenellated walls, a clock tower and arched windows glows against the grey-blue sky. A black border of gold-outlined leaf scrolling runs down both sides. Beneath the scene the text reads "CONVEGNO POMPIERISTICO DELLE TRE VENEZIE" and "A CURA DELLA SOCIETÀ TARVISIUM". The flat colour and heavy lettering give it a 1920s Italian feel.
