A bright turquoise lake fills the centre of this photograph, its surface almost still so the rocky peaks and a few white clouds are mirrored in the water. Across the far shore, a row of jagged mountains carries streaks of snow in the gullies, with grey and brown rock faces catching the light.
Dark green spruce trees frame the scene, with tall ones close on the right and a scatter of smaller trees rising from the lower edge. Warm golden light touches the left cliff and the shoreline, set against a deep blue sky with soft clouds. The detail is sharp and the colours are saturated.

The quality of the work is ten out of ten. The piece was affordable and the turnaround time was quite quick. What you see is what you get. I’ll definitely be getting my next painting from Direct Art Australia.
My wife already had a couple of pieces of custom ordered paintings she had collected throughout the last few years and with your large selection to choose from she found the perfect complimentary piece to finish off her room.
