Three white iris blooms rise on slim stems from the lower edge of a central grey and cream panel. Each flower has soft, slightly curved petals in warm white, with a dark brown bud base where the bloom meets the stem. Long, narrow green leaves sweep up and out on both sides, two of them reaching past the tallest flower.
The panel sits between two borders. On the left is a tall strip of gilded damask in tan and silver. On the right is a plain rust-brown band stamped with small ornamental medallions in cream and gold. The panel's surface looks mottled and weathered, with peach at the top fading to cool grey. A small signature is in the lower right of the panel.
