Five white flowers with ruffled, thickly textured petals sit at different heights on thin, dark, slightly curved stems. Each bloom has a small amber-orange centre flecked with brown. The largest flower sits top left, with others stepping down across the square to a small bloom at lower right.
The background is split into four panels of dusty blue, pale grey-blue and soft teal. Each panel is scuffed and rusted with brown flecks and carries a faint damask pattern underneath. The brushy, layered surface looks like a distressed painting, and the cool background makes the creamy petals stand out.
