About Vessel Bearer
A single elongated female figure stands centre-left, one arm raised to steady a ridged white urn on her shoulder. Her body is built from thick black paint flecked with rust red and copper grit, narrowing to long tapered legs and a small oval head tipped in burnt orange. The background is brushed in soft sage grey and pale green, scraped back in places. Loose script-like marks, black ink flicks and a thin-stemmed grey flower fill the right side, with white spatter across the lower centre.
The mood is quiet and upright: a slim, textured silhouette held against a washed, weathered wall of grey-green paint.
Suits a hallway, bedroom or dining wall where the sage-grey background can sit against white, stone or soft green paint. The rust and copper flecks work with timber furniture, leather, woven baskets and brass lamps. The tall portrait shape fits narrow wall sections beside a doorway or above a slim console.
