About Forest Trees Wall Art Print
Two leafless trees stand at left and centre-right, their trunks and forked branches drawn in plum and burnt red against a sky broken into slabs of cobalt, cornflower blue, coral pink and apricot. Behind the right-hand tree a rounded mass of blue and lilac marks suggests a distant canopy. The lower half is water and bank, built from rectangular strokes of teal, turquoise, bright blue and a band of sandy cream running to the right edge.
The surface reads as thick, squared-off palette strokes with visible ridges and directional streaks, and the reproduction keeps that blocky, layered texture. Its character is bold and simplified: colour does the work rather than detail, so the scene feels like dusk remembered rather than recorded.
Works above a sofa in a living room with pale grey or white walls, in a beach house hallway, or over a bed with navy and rust linen. The coral and apricot bands pick up terracotta pots and timber furniture, while the turquoise base suits rattan, linen cushions and brushed brass lamps.
