Free delivery, Australia-wide
Delivery is free across Australia on every order — all capital cities and regional areas, including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, Darwin, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.
How long it takes
Our oil paintings are 100% hand-painted to order by professional artists, so please allow:
- Hand-painted paintings: approximately 4–6 weeks for your piece to be created and delivered.
- In-stock items (ready-to-ship prints and Finished Artwork): dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Once your order is dispatched we’ll send you a confirmation email.
Delivery & tracking
Orders are delivered by Direct Freight. We currently ship within Australia only.
How your artwork arrives
You choose the finish on each product page:
- Stretched & ready to hang (Gallery Wrap): stretched over a timber frame with the hanging wire and hook already fitted — unbox it and hang it, no framing required.
- Framed: delivered in your selected outer frame, ready to hang.
- Rolled (Canvas Only): shipped rolled in a tube for you to frame yourself.
Local pickup
Pickup is available by arrangement at Alphington, VIC 3078. Please contact us to arrange a time before collecting.
Damaged in transit
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. This is in addition to our 100% 30-day money-back guarantee (see our Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy).
