The Elizabeth Tower of the Palace of Westminster, better known as Big Ben, rises from the bottom of the frame in a steep upward view. Its stone is rendered in layered greys and charcoal, with pale flecks and worn patches that look like stencilled, distressed texture. Both clock faces are cream with black numerals and hands.
Behind the tower is a streaky red background, with darker crimson patches and scraped paint-like marks. Large black letters spelling "UK" are stamped at the top left. On the right, loose cream scribbled lines loop and drip down the canvas, and a glowing street lamp sits at the lower right edge. The look is a mixed-media graphic photograph collage.
