The word "CHICAGO" runs across the top in wide cream capitals, with "the Windy City" in a small red-brown script tucked beneath it. Below, a tall dark tower with two antennas rises in the centre, built from stacked rectangular blocks in deep brown. Pale cream clouds billow against a soft teal sky, and shorter stepped buildings crowd in on either side.
In the foreground, four sailboats with cream sails glide across rippling teal water, each with small dark figures sitting aboard. A band of dark trees separates the water from the city. The palette is limited to teal, cream, and browns, with a grainy, aged-paper texture and flat shapes that give it a 1930s travel-poster feel.

The quality of the work is ten out of ten. The piece was affordable and the turnaround time was quite quick. What you see is what you get. I’ll definitely be getting my next painting from Direct Art Australia.
My wife already had a couple of pieces of custom ordered paintings she had collected throughout the last few years and with your large selection to choose from she found the perfect complimentary piece to finish off her room.
