A night photograph looks across a snow-covered frozen pond towards the Manhattan skyline. Tall buildings rise above bare winter trees, their windows glowing warm yellow. A tower with a pointed, spired top stands at the centre, flanked by a taller slab-sided building on the right and a domed tower on the left.
The sky is a deep navy blue with a faint band of cloud near the horizon. Small park lamps and street lights glow along the far shore, reflecting softly on the ice. In the foreground the snow is pale and uneven, marked with scattered footprints, and a dark stripe of thin ice runs diagonally through the middle. The vertical format emphasises the height of the towers.

The quality of the work is ten out of ten. The piece was affordable and the turnaround time was quite quick. What you see is what you get. I’ll definitely be getting my next painting from Direct Art Australia.
My wife already had a couple of pieces of custom ordered paintings she had collected throughout the last few years and with your large selection to choose from she found the perfect complimentary piece to finish off her room.
