About Gandhi Wall Art Print
A black and white figure in a dark suit and striped tie stands at lower right with arms folded, his moustached face cropped at the eyes by a torn strip carrying the bold word ORDER. Above it, a sepia anatomical brain diagram replaces the top of his head. Behind him sit layered paper scraps: a circular world map in yellow ink, a printed newspaper column, pink and green map fragments marked ARIZONA and NEW MEXICO, and a small perched bird beside red and black lettering.
The background is aged cream and pale olive, with a faint floral botanical panel top right, a large numeral 10 at the left, and a cluster of pink and yellow daisies with a target roundel in the lower corner. Fine ruled lines and stamped red type run through the composition. The character is dry and slightly absurd, a bookish cut-and-paste portrait that rewards close reading rather than a quick glance.
Suits a home office, study or reading corner where guests come close enough to read the type and map fragments. Works in a living room above a mid-century sideboard, or in a bedroom with linen and timber. Pairs well with brass lamps, stacked books, globes and other typographic or map-based prints.
