A small varnished timber dinghy sits slightly left of centre on glassy, deep green water. Its hull glows a warm amber orange, with a thin white stripe along the gunwale. A vintage outboard motor in pale grey and white is clamped to the stern at the left, and a wide-brimmed straw hat rests on the rear seat beside a folded cushion or jacket.
A thin white line runs from the bow to a yellow buoy at the right, where a small trail of ripples follows the rope. The boat and the motor are mirrored in the water below, softened and darkened. The green fades from pale mint at the top to a deep bottle green at the corners. The look is a smooth, digitally finished image rather than a sharp photograph.
